Quit smoking, lost weight - now gaining it back!

Hi Ladies - I quit smoking 10 months ago - right before I got engaged. I knew married life was right around the cornner & babies soon to follow so I wanted to get healthy!
 Usually people gain weight when they stop smoking but I was able to shed 15lbs. And then the summer came along and I have put 5lbs back on. I stopped dieting & hardly exercise anymore. I plan on getting back into my routine right after the holiday weekend. My wedding is in 6 months & 2 weeks & I would love to loose 20lbs. I just feel like I am hungry all the time. I gave up soda but I cant seem to give up the sweets. I am a junk food junkie!!!
I want to look my best for my wedding day but why cant I get motivated anymore????

  • First of all, CONGRATS on quitting smoking!!! I quit myself a little over a year ago and it's not easy!

    You have plenty of time to get in tip top shape for your big day. If I were you I would focus on inches rather than lbs. I have found this helps keep me more sane. 

    My FH and I are about 2.5 months away from our big day and we are doing p90x for exercise and following Weight Watchers points for diet. We are both having success so far.
