B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
S- cherries
L- grilled fish with summer squash and zucchini (leftover from dinner)
D-  marinated flank steak grilled with roast potatos and sugarsnap peas

E-  shoulders, HIIT on elliptical

    So.tired.  We went to a wedding last night and didn't get in until after midnight.  5:30 came very early this morning.

    B: Chocolate PB banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple, string cheese
    L: baby spinach and chicken breast
    S: plain ff yougurt w/ protein powder
    D: egg sandwich

  • I feel like my old self. My oooooold self, lethargic & bloated. After the past 2 extremely decadent weekends out of town, I got on the scale this morning: plus five lbs. I'm not TOO worried about it, I'm sure a lot has to do with increased alcohol & sodium intake well beyond my normal routine. But I do need to get back to that routine. Immediately.
    B: coffee & soy milk, oatmeal w/blueberries
    S: carrots & prunes
    L: hummus w/ pitas
    D: fresh artichoke pasta & tomato sauce. (Yay, NYC!)
    E: whole house needs cleaned, plus maybe a bike ride or 30DS

  • Good weekend life wise, bad weekend eating wise. Plus have our final tasting on Thursday so going to be making up for all of that this week too...

    B - hardboiled egg on toasted multigrain english muffin with LC wedge and 2 slices honey ham
    S - banana
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ LC wedge, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 1 tsp. grey poupon
    S - peach
    D - Hungry Girl Banzai turkey burgers with salad and some sort of LF/FF dressing
    S - Hungry Girl brownie care of co-worker (from what she says, it's only reduced sugar Devil's food cake mix and a can of pure pumpkin so I'm interested to see how it tastes)

    E - AM ab workout, 30 min HIIT at lunch, 40 min exercise TV workout(s)

    B: 2/3 cup chocolate chunk hazelnut biscotti granola (archer farms from Target. DELISH, and fairly nutritious!)
    L: steamed broccoli with a little cheese, hard boiled egg
    D: lean cuisine pizza or vegetable soup
    S: fat free pretzels or a luna bar

    E: gym tonight, maybe a little racquetball with a 20 minute run?

    S: 1/2 Cup applesauce, 1 cheese stick/string cheese

  • Started a new job today with a loooong commute. Doesn't exactly make you want to exercise.

    B: Wrap with roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard; blueberries, coffee
    L: Ham sandwich with light mayo and pickles, salad (no dressing)
    D: WINE, pasta bake

    Clearly not enough fruit/veggies today, but what can you do? It was a stressful day.
