Happy Friday everyone!! Last night was yet again, a fail. I had to go to a taekwondo testing to watch our friend's daughter compete. It ran until 7:30, and then we went to dinner. But, dinner was healthy and lunch was a salad, so again, not a total loss. However, nothing is getting in my way tonight! I'm going to do a double workout to make up for what I missed. This weekend I might double up another workout to make up for what I missed on Wed too.
Please stop getting in the way of my workout schedule.
