What are your weight loss goals and successes? I'm 5'6" I used to always weight between 130-138. Then I gained weight. My current weight is 153. My goal weight is between 140-142. My clothing goal is to be able to fit in my skinny jeans again. I can put them on, but they are way too tight.
My success is that I exercise more. I haven't lost weight, but I have more energy and I feel better. I'll post if I reach any goals.
