Which works you better? We have an elliptical that I've been using, and I thought that gave me a good workout. I always thought that it worked you better than a treadmill--at least, when I had a gym to go to I always preferred the treadmill because I felt like the elliptical made me exhausted faster and that was where I got that idea from.
But my brother said that the elliptical doesn't work you as much as treadmill does. He says "you can't do better than running" (he's a running freak). Is this true? Have I been wrong all this time, and I haven't been getting as good a workout as I thought? Should I be doing the elliptical twice as much?
