I'm posting this as an AE because I'm not all that proud of how my body looks so don't want to "embarass" myself. I just thought I'd share my progress pictures since week 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I'm in the last several days and on L3. As you can see, some difference, but not a whole lot. Arms have gotten toner. My stomach has not. From what you can tell, what needs work? I know I cannot spot focus, but need to get rid of that 1-inch layer of fat (or more). I eat well, and the 30DS is pretty much the only excercise I do right now.
