I'm following My Fitness Pal and to lose 1-2 lbs a week, it says I should be consuming 1200 calories per day. I also work out 5-6 days a week, so this usually gives me extra calories. Problem is, I don't tend to use them. I'm definitely hitting 1200, but with the work out added, I often have excess calories at the end of the day.
I'm eating a decent amount, and I'm not sure how else I can add in food. Or even if I should be? I don't want my body to go into starvation, but I also don't want to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry.
