Hey everyone,
So I work night shift, its almost impossible to work out the days that I have to sleep all day knowing I will be back. I am lucky if I eat two meals a day (usually breakfast when I get home, and dinner when I wake up at 5pm, and then Ill eat a snack again at work at 1am). I barely find enough time in the day to sleep let alone work out. I am lucky to get 2-3 days in a week. Anyone else having this problem?!
