Friday Accountability

TGIF!! Have to fast after 12 for a medical exam for life insurance so my eating schedule is all off today. Have a good weekend everyone!

B - multigrain english muffin w. 1/2 c. egg whites, 2 slices honey ham, 1/4 cup baby spinach and 2 T part skim shredded mozzarella
L - 4 slices honey ham on 1/2 Arnold sandwich thin w/ 1 tsp. grey poupon, 1 tsp salsa, and ~1/4 cup baby spinach; 1 1/2 cups Wegmans French blend salad w/ 1 T LF sesame dressing
D - 1-2 slices homemade chicken parmesan pizza; 1 cup salad w/ dressing (TBD)
S - dessert splurge since I had a good week and was under calories yesterday - Wegmans mini chocolate dome w/ 1 cup 1% milk

E - active rest day so easy walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes at lunch
