So I bought one of the FIRM sets and I plan to start on Monday...seems like a good day to start on.
I'm kind of nervous about it. Like I'm afraid that it'll be too hard and I'll give up right away, and I don't want to do that. (everything I've read seems to say that there's lots of modifications and to just go at your own pace) It's silly to worry about that right off the bat, I know.
One of the "kickstart" schedules they include says to work out am and pm...but my work schedule genuinely doesn't allow for that. If I'm working days I have to be in at 5am... I'm not getting up at 2-230 am to work out...sorry. And if I am working nights I don't get home until after 1 am. So again... I'm thinking the 2-230 am work out is just not going to happen.
I want to get the best results I can but my schedule is restrictive. Is only working out once a day really going to help? I'm afraid since I can't conform to their schedule that I won't see the results I want or need to see.
I'm being a loon, aren't I?
