Getting in Shape

Sucess feels so good!

Just have to share my revelation from tonight...

I had hit a huge plateau in my workouts. Even though I felt good, I wasn't noticing that changing the scale. Well, spring has finally hit the Midwest and tonight I decided to give running a try. Last summer and fall, I had tried to run, but I just didn't have the endurance. I would have grand plans and then end up running a few blocks and then walking the rest of the route I had planned.

Well, tonight I gave the old route a try and found that I not only run the entire route, but I added more to it and had the energy left to go and weight lift at the gym afterwards.

To make a long story short, even though I'm not noticing huge changes on the scale, tonight I saw huge progress. I hope this encourages the rest of you! You can do it!
