Hey, I know some of you use excersice balls as your office chairs. I work in a metal shop and there are often metal shavings on the floor around my desk. So a ball by itself would not work for me.
However, this weekend while shopping for a chair for my craft room I came across these ball chairs.
I understand these don't make you lose weight, but do they actually help with balance and strengthening core muscles? when you first start using them are you sore?
Pros or cons or both would be super helpful.
