Happy Friday!

Other then the yogurt w/ granola I just ate, I have no idea what my meals will be today. DH got special leave from work so we can go home to see family before he deploys :-) I'll try to be the best I can this weekend!!

  • I am with you on the eating! I had some greek yogurt with strawberries and am thinking about an egg white omelate with LOTS of veggies! Tonight is gonna be hard because my family is pretty hardcore Catholics and we gotta go to our fish frys! My church is really good about baking the fish too so I going to go for that option along with a salad...skipping the delicious coleslaw all together :)

    Glad you get to spend some time together and I am sure you will do wonderfully!
  • Morning!  Lmark-I'm glad you get to see family before your H deploys.  How long will he be gone this time?  Last time was 8 or 9 months right?

  • It's scheduled to be 7 months this time... with a homecoming right before Christmas. Never holding my breath on that one! I think this time will be much better, you know, without trying to plan a wedding and then changing the wedding date half way through and all. Smile

  • So tonight we're all going out for dinner at Buggaboo Creek Steakhouse! YUM! boo on the amount of points I'll be eating! :( I'm sort of freaking out... but I just need to get over it! I should have eaten a smaller lunch, but I didnt...

    B: fruit
    L: subway turkey on wheat, light mayo, prov cheese (8) chips (2)
    S: fruit, veggies
    D: BBQ chicken breast from resturant (9) Mashed potatoes (11) **I would get a baked potatoe, but I'd have to put all the fattening butter crap into it... so I won't know how many points I'll be eating!**
    2 light beers... (8)

    E: 25min elliptical, 5 min stair thingy (my friend made me try it) weights

    Let's hope this doesnt set me backk! =(
