My fiance really want to lose weight before our wedding (plenty of time), but he has gained all of the weight back that he lost recently. His job keeps him very busy running around town and sitting at a desk for hours. I need help motivating him to eat healthy and exercise but I'm having issues. I'm naturally thin and have never had problems with weight. If anything, I could stand to gain a few pounds, so I've never gone through this myself. I do need to exercise myself as I'm not really in shape, but I just need suggestions. What motivates guys to lose weight?
