Hi ladies! I don't know if this has been done before here but would anyone be interested in doing weekly weigh ins? (or just saying how much you lost for the week)
I know my weekly saturday weigh ins keep me motivated so I thought maybe I would feel more accountable if I was posting it here as well! Anyone interested?
Since I started weighing myself 2 weeks ago I've lost 4 lbs so I'm pretty excited... gotta keep myself motivated!! Thanks!
