So I'm a huge NON-Runner, but I wanted to convert and become healthy. I didn't know that I could ever actually run farther than 3 feet.
FI and I joined a "Learn to Run 5K" Clinic here in town, and I actually ran 2.6 km STRAIGHT (And without death.....lol!)
I'm not a smoker, never have been, but I have always become very winded while running.
I hate all exercise classes and exercise DVDs (I just end up quitting...)
Just wanted to post it so the girls who are in my position will have a little more motivation!

I'm pretty excited, and now all I want to do is run! It's a great way to get in shape and to spend some time with FI! (who is in fantastic shape already, as he is a firefighter.. but he did it to support me..)
