I have been using this recipe for a while, and it's really delish!
spray a pie plate with non stick spray, preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a bowl combine:
3 eggs, 1 egg white
2/3 can fat free Evaporated Milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce (I use Frank's hot sauce)
2 tbsp italian style progresso breadcrumbs
In the pie plate, add quiche filler: I personally love Broccoli florets (fresh or defrosted), with reduced fat cheddar (about 1/2 cup shredded). Feel free to experiment! Fat free Ham (healthy choice brand), Onion, and cheese is also really tasty.
Pour egg mixture over the quiche filler, and bake for about 25-30 mins until done
I am still using the Momentum WW plan, and for me that works out to be 4 pts for 1/4 of the quiche. If you are on the points plus plan, you can add this to recipe builder if you have E-Tools, and it will convert the points values for you.
