Hi everyone

I'm kind of re-starting my diet/exercise plan, and am a little lost on tracking my progress accurately. I figured this would be a good place to ask, what is your weigh-in routine?
How often do you weigh in? Daily? Weekly? What time of day? I know my weight can fluctuate 2-3 lbs within one day, so I'm not sure when is the best time (or if it matters as long as you're consistent).
