I am intrigued! I would like all the details of the 30 pound shred. 30 day shred? Either way, I need something else to help my fatness. I wrote on another post about my motivation to hit the gym when I saw myself in a wedding gown. What have I been thinking these last 3 months? I will never get them back! I should have been at the gym. I just couldn't seem to make it there. I always found something else to do. Not anymore! I saw myself in a size that was not me! I knew I gained weight because all of my clothes are so tight. I stopped getting dressed in front of my fiance, because I didn't want him to see my "jean-ie dance". *Sigh*. Anyway, I finally hit the gym, running. But besides that, could someone please tell me about this 30 shred? I need help! Thanks!!
