Good morning!  I tried to post this twice already but my knot keeps freezing so we'll see how this goes.
b-strawberry yogurt smoothie
s-apple with natural peanut butter
l-turkey burger on light wheat with mustard
s-(if I'm hungry) EAS carb control bar
d-grilled chicken green beans
e-walk 3 miles

    Yesterday was okay...Now I am getting back on track!

    B-1/2 banana, kashi heart to heart cereal w/1% milk, coffee

    L-6 in turkey and ham sub and baked cheddar and sour cream ruffles

    S-small slice of banana bread (?)

    D-leftovers--but I will be careful

    S-maybe a small piece of cheesecake or skinny cow ice cream sandwich

    E-p90x day 12--Legs and Back, Ab Ripper
