  • Welcome, and Congrats on your LO! Read through the stickies at the top and feel free to post any questions. I have a 10 month old and am still struggling to get rid of the baby weight (I put on way more than I was "supposed" to). It took 10 months to put it on, so I have to remind myself that expecting it to fly off is unrealistic. Just by cleaning up my diet alone, I was off to a great start and now have added in a bootcamp class. I would suggest eating healthy and finding a type of exercise that suits you best, something you enjoy doing. Good luck!
  • Yeah I agree with PP. Especially since you are breastfeeding, that gives you the excuse to eat healthier because your baby gets its nutrition through you. As long as you eat right and continue breastfeeding, that alone will help a lot. And if you aren't much of an active person, start by walking each day and then add in activities that are light at first then gradually intensify. And make sure you drink plenty of water :)
