So Ive been running 3 times a week with FI's dog training for a 5K at the end of April and tryin to lose weight for the wedding... BUT God sent me a sign today that running isn't the answer LOL

'm running along and WAM i'm laying on the asphalt. When I finally come to, I realize my ankle is hurting like *ell. So of course no one's around to help so I call FI at work to come get me and take me home. When he gets there he says "wanna go to the hospital" by this time I'm starting to black out from the pain (very low pain tolerance)
So turns out it's NOT broke but 3rd degree sprang and they think it was dislocted at first. I have to stay off of it for the next week and they really didn't want me walkin on it much outside of the house for 14 days :-( obviously the 5K is out.
So my question is! What exercises do I do now. Obviously I REALLY have to watch my eating for at least the next month but what are good exercises when I can't stand??
