Getting in Shape

work out when sick?

I don't know if I'm coming down with a cold or the flu or if it's just allergies, but the last couple of days I've been stopped up and runny (!?) and now my throat is sore and swollen.  I was convinced until the last couple of hours that it's just allergies because a storm front is coming though and the carpet at work is being replaced (and they're pulling up 20 year old scuzzy carpet yech! ).  Now I'm beginning to wonder if it's an actual ailment.

In any case: hit the gym or go home and rest?  I'm tired and weak but I love the gym so much!
