Getting in Shape

no point this week

Well I decided that there is no point in trying to start a new diet this week due to that fact I am leaving for Disney Tuesday morning. I know many poor choices will happen many at the poorside bar :)

On a good note I am getting in gear after vaca. I bought the Juillian Michaels 30-day Shred and the yoga one. Anyone use these and how are they? Will it be hard enough so I can loose say 15lbs? Thanks!!!
