Let me start off with It is that time of the month...So far today I have had a cup of decaf coffee, 1/2 pack of instant oatmeal with blueberries and a handful of granola, a pear, 1 cup of low fat yogurt and a sandwich (2 slices of wheat bread, one slice of cheese and a slice of turkey breast). I am not necessarily hungry but it feels like my body is craving more food but its weird because by stomach feels like it's busting out of my pants. I haven't felt like this before. I eat this way pretty much everyday and I haven't felt like this and after I ate lunch today I got really really sleepy. Have anyone of you ever experienced anything remotely similar to this? I don't want to eat anything because my stomach feels full but at the same time it's like my body is sending me signals to eat eat eat. WTH?
