blah.  it just hasn't been a good week for weight loss.  i'm frustrated.

  • I hope they have some at least semi-healthy choices at the bbq we are going to this afternoon. 
    b-2 scrambled eggs
    s-cheese stick
    s-tomato
    s-handful of kashi cereal
    l-turkey burger with lettuce and tomato
    s-eas carb control bar
    d-bbq
    e-none I'm sore from swimming all day yesterday and throwing the kids up in the pool
  • B: fiber one cereal (0), 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk (.5)
    B2: biscuit, sausage gravy (?), fruit (1)
    L: 1/2 chicken breast (1.5), 1/2 c whole wheat pasta (1.5), 1/2 c marinara (1)

    D: tbd - dinner at Chili's - probably soup and salad

    E: bike ride 20 min, 30 DS Level 1

    B- coffee with ff cream + honey wheat english muffin toasted with laughing cow cheese
    L-  Smoothie with berries, yogurt, and protein powder
    D-  chicken fajitas homemade with 2 corn tortillas
    S- sf pudding

  • Starting the cooler 1 plan from Tosca's eat-clean diet:

    B: 1/2 C oatmeal w/1 T flax seeds, 4 egg whites, green tea
    S1: Grilled chicken breast, steamed green beans
    L: 1/2 sweet potato, cucumber salad (made w/vinegar and paprika), grilled chicken breast
    S2: Protein shake w/mixed berries
    D: Baked tilapia, steamed asparagus, 1/2 sweet potato

    E: Hot yoga class, 30-45 min cardio at the gym
