The past 3 weeks I have been counting calories and I lost 5 pounds, then i hit a brick wall for about 3 days so I decided to take away meat from my diet and go a week only on veggies. This caused me to loose 2 more pounds YAY!!
But my question is (hope to not offend anyone) I've met over weight vegetarians. And I mean 30+ pounds over weight. I guess I don't understand how that is possible. Can anyone explain? I know things like avocado have natural fats but can stuff like that really make you that much over weight?
