Ok girls, anyone else on here facing the "skinny-fat" problem? I've been working my ass off at the gym. I do cardio everday and lift weights every other day. I really want to lose the layer of fat that's covering up my muscle, but nothing seems to be working. I've thought about adding a workout supplement to my diet to boost my workouts, but I'm not sure what else to do. Anybody else have this problem or have any tips on how to get rid of it?
