Ok, so I read in a previous thread recently, for lean muscles to do cardio, and pilates. I dont really like to do pilates, I get bored with it. So, in that case can i do 30 mins of running 10 on the stair stepper and 20 on the elliptical 3x a week? and a boot camp class- which involves lifting/ toning. Will that help get that long lean sexy body too?
