I just started the Body By Glamour program. I'm working towards being in the best shape of my life for our wedding in August. I have started the Week 1 "cleanse" over 3 times now. Every time I start over, I try to stay away from sugar. IF I even last through the first day, maybe even the second day, by the third day I cannot get enough sugar. We're talkin' serious cravings here.
I don't crave salt or really even carbs, but sugar, is ridiculous - oh my goodness. I started over
again yesterday and after dinner today, I caved. I had a cookie that my fiance brought me and finished off a package of chocolate covered pretzels. This sounds humorous, but it is getting old fast. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is struggling with this or has struggled with a serious sugar addiction? If so, how do you deal with it?
I'm not in bad shape, but I could definitely lose a few pounds and tone up, but I feel like this is really something I want to get past. Any input is appreciated
