Staying healthy on the weekend

Please tell me what you do to carry your good habits from the week into the weekends.  I'm really good at counting my calories and working out during the week.  It's not even hard for me during the week, it's just become the norm.  But I've been struggling so much to keep up my good habits on the weekend.  I like to have a drink or two on the weekend, and my FI and I like to go out to eat on the weekend, at least once or twice.  And I find that once I "mess up" a little bit, I tend to just completely let myself go and eat constantly until the weekend ends!

I've lost 35lbs since June, but I've been losing and gaining the same 5lbs over and over again since Christmas, and I need to get my act together to get in wedding shape!

So tell me, how do you enjoy a treat or two on the weekend without completely giving up on your healthy habits?
