My wedding is June 4th. And i used to work out so much when i was in high school and now that i'm in college and working part time plus trying to plan this wedding i cant find the time or motivation to do it. I mainly don't know where to start because i want certain ares worked out the most like my upper back, my arms, shoulders, thighs, and tummy. My goal is to loose 30 pounds so i'm back to the weight i used to wrestle at... Any tips? I need so much help!!!
