Eating when you're not hungry

I'm eating 6 small meals a day. Each meal consists of roughly 200 calories. Some a little more some a little less.

My issue is before doing this I hardly ever ate before noon. Now when I eat, I'm not hungry for the next meal. 

Should I ignore my hunger and eat to prevent getting too hungry and over eating later on, or should I listen to my body and not eat?
