Les Mills Classes?

My gym offers Les Mills classes and a variety of their own/others. Has anyone tried Body Attack or Body Jam?

I have done Body Flow, Body Pump, and RPM.

Re: Les Mills Classes?

  • I'm actually a BodyAttack instructor :). I love the high intense cardio along with athletic and strength training. I always wear my heart rate monitor during class and burn (on average) 680 calories (55 minute class). As with all LesMills classes, it is specifically choreographed to the music, so some people have a difficult time catching on the first few times. I recommend giving it a try!

  • We have pump, step, vive, flow and jam at our gym. I've only done pump and step, but pump is part of my regular routine.
  • I'm a Body Combat and a Body Jam instructor :) Jam is AWESOME! I know that Zumba is all the rage lately, but Jam is way better! Unlike Zumba, it is not all Latin based. Jam incorporates many different styles of dance from latin, to hip-hop, house, jazz, etc. It's a blast! I highly recommend Attack too! Burns lots of calories! If your gym has Body Combat, you should try that too! It tones your upper body like you wouldn't believe!Smile
