Monday Accountability

Good morning Knotties! Heres to another great week!
 B- 2 eggs whites, ligth english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
S- yogurt w/ grapenuts
L- light english muffin, 1 tbsp peanut butter, grapes
S- protein shake
D- fish, rice, veg

E- 30 min eliptical, 20 min weights

    B: PB Banana shake w/ protein powder and skim mlik, coffee w/ skim milk.
    S: plain FF yogurt w/ protein powder and pecans
    L: tuna on pumpernickle, salad/soup (not sure which, still have to pick that part up)
    S: 1% cottage cheese w/ whole unsalted cashews
    D: TBD, grocery shopping after work.

    E: rest day.  I'm still sore from snowboarding on Saturday.  It feels like someone threw me down a big hill repeatedly.  Oh wait, I did that to myself.
    We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

    is it really monday already?  my weekend was horrible; i'm avoiding the scale until wednesday, at least, to let my body readjust.

    b - kashi oatmeal, banana
    s - clementines
    l - smart ones meal, chobani greek yogurt
    s - apple, string cheese
    d - tbd.  something light.
    s - tea

    e - maybe something after work, if i feel up to it.

    Stuff I'm noshing on throughout the day:

    Fruit smoothie with protein powder
    carrots with ranch dip
    a pomegranate
    a kiwi
    mesclun with fat-free dressing
    luna bar

    dinner: black bean tacos with corn tortillas, salsa, onion and guacamole

    E - 30DS and 2 mile run/walk
    my read shelf:
    Meredith's book recommendations, liked quotes, book clubs, book trivia, book lists (read shelf)

    Now that I've been to the grocery store...

    B: Cheerios with fat free milk
    L: Amy's veggie burger on pita
    S: Yogurt with Kashi granola
    D: Morning Star "riblet", veggies and strawberries with Cool Whip free

    E: None...still waiting to get the okay from the doctor about my knee tomorrow

    Breakfast - an apple and an oz. of mixed nuts
    Lunch - Grilled chicken on romaine with 1 T caesar salad dressing, skim milk and a pear
    PM snack - apple
    Dinner - poached chicken w/ sun dried tomatoes, green beans, garlic and approx. half handful (dry) of whole wheat penne; for dessert an orange

    L: Lean Cuisine frozen meal
    S: 1 piece sunflower seed brittle, Special K protein water 
    D: Home made broccoli and low fat cheese soup, granola bar, sugar free jello
