    e-60 minutes on the elliptical and abs. This is if effects of the allergy shot wears off, I'm a little light headed still.

  • Ugh....recovering from going out with my FI's softball team for wings and beer after the game....I didn't do too bad though :) I just tend to "feel" every bad thing I put into my body.

    L: Salad with tons of fixings and grilled chicken
    S: Think Thin Bite (not really just a 'bite'...that's what they are called) :)

    B - 1/2 c. vanilla greek yogurt with 3/4 c. Special K Chocolatey Delight (it's TOM and I've found a somewhat healthy way to sneak some chocolate in haha)
    MS - 2 clementines
    L - shaved chicken breast w/ laughing cow, lettuce, cucumber and tomato, on lavash wrap
    AS - string cheese, baby carrots with hummus
    D - raviolis in marinara with fresh peppers and onion, salad with lt dressing
    ES - not sure yet

    E - did 45 mins of abs and arms this morning and my legs feel like bricks from doing lunges with the arm workout haha

    2500 Comments Fifth Anniversary
    We had fun on the Big Bike yesterday.  Some of the uphill parts were killer on the legs, but all in all, it was good!  However, the beer and fried food after was not good fuel for a 2 hr workout, so, I took yesterday as another rest day, and am back at it today.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: spring mix w/ grilled chicken, green onion, a red bell pepper and some peas (tasty addition!) w/ balsamic vinaigrette
    S: string cheese and almonds (I like cheese)
    D: eggs and english muffins, maybe peameal bacon and a cheese slice too

    E: NROL4W Stage 5B Workout 1
    Post-workout: Chocolate raspberry protein shake
