    I was up 1.4 yesterday, but I honestly think it's due to me being sick and eating canned soup for 2 days in a row and not drinking as much water as I should be. I can feel that I'm bloated from all the sodium.

    Congrats Graceful!  Lmark-sometimes my body holds on to water when I have a cold too, even without extra salt.  Hopefully it'll come off as soon as you feel better (which is hopefully really soon!)

    Hope you feel better Lmark! AND how do you make your fried brown rice? any special instructions? the admin staff had Panda Express and I could really go for some, but don't want to give up the points.
