So I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVDs for about 3 weeks now and I've been super excited to have finally found something I'm excited about and that I can consistently do without making excuses. But I seem to have landed wrong on my ankle and now it's sprained. I know I need to stay off it for a couple of weeks, and I plan to do core and upper body from FI's P90X DVDs until it feels better, but I'm still a frustrated. I guess I feel weak. Which I know is dumb, but whatever

Anyway, just venting. I already started seeing some results since I didn't have a whole lot to lose. I guess I'm just worried about losing momentum just when I was getting going. Thanks for listening!
