Hello! I'm kind of new, I look on here when I need some direction or just some plain motivation in general. But lately, I haven't found any motivation to do much of anything. The past 2 weeks have been really busy. Long story short: I want to lose about 50 lbs. (I have until December 2012, which makes me keep thinking, "oh i still have time left, I can eat this") I watch what I eat, but my FI likes cooking, and its so delicious that sometimes I cheat a little. I'm having my FI hide the junk food so that won't be a snack. I have maybe 3 days a week with time to work out at home with no money. I have the E Fitness 2 for the wii and just dance and the wii fit, but I get bored with it a little too quickly. Snow's finally melting, so walks are going to be added into that routine. But what can I do for little to no money?? Between work, looking after FI's Gramma in the Nursing Home, and just plain exhaustion, it's hard to find any time for me at all sometimes. Any help is appreciated!!!
