Getting in Shape

outdoor or home workout tips please

I'm just getting started working out again after way too long of a hiatus. I don't have a gym membership and am trying to avoid the added cost right now (local gym is $109/month!). I'm looking for tips on outdoor exercise or exercise DVDs/video games that I could do indoors.

Outdoor ideas:
- I loathe running, so I'd prefer not to do that.
- There are plenty of places to walk where I live and I'm walking 30 minutes a day currently.

Indoor ideas:
-I have Netflix and was thinking of adding workout DVDs to my queue that way I could get some different workout routines periodically. Any suggestions on good workout DVDs?
-Has anyone tried Dance Central or Just Dance or any other video games like that? My fiance has a PS3 and an XBOX, so I'd need one that is compatible with those. I'm completely clueless about video games, but think those games sound really fun and would help me burn calories.

Any input or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
