Has anyone had any success with Jillian Michael's DVDs? I'm looking to lose about 15 pounds in 4 months and I've already tried the gym but my schedule is so tight that I wasted $40 for about 5 trips to the gym.
I figured a workout DVD would be the best route since I'm a nanny and I could workout while the child naps but I wasn't sure how successful they are.
Also,has anyone used the Bender Ball? I've read mixed reviews about them and would rather have an upfront review on here.
