So this is the end of my 3rd week of my new diet/exercise routine. I've been working out 5x/week and eating WAY better than I have been in the past.
I've only lost 4lbs... I'm starting to gain weight back even though I'm eating better. I'm not losing inches, my clothes don't fit any differently than they did 3 weeks ago. I've been trying to stay positive and keep working on it, but... if nothing is going to happen... why keep trying?
I'm trying to keep motivated, joining in the weigh ins and the summer challenge... but I feel so awful today that I just want to give up.
