Hello again ladies,
Fiance and I are currently doing WW together and really liking it. I have the p90x DVD set and was thinking about doing this for exercise. Has anyone tried this combination together and if so how did it work for you? Or have any of you just tried P90x period? I tried doing it a while back and significantly changed my eating habits but I didn't lose any weight so I got frusrated and quit. Maybe I was just gaining muscle or something. Anyone have good results?
