    1 month to my wedding too -- double yippee!!

    my friends from work DID surprise me with a pre-wedding dinner last night - they bought me food and drinks and even went to a gluten-free bakery and got me cupcakes! they are so sweet :D:D:D

  • Good morning!  I'm really excited that I've been sticking with the program.  I've been trying to get back into WW for months and I finally feel like I've hit a turning point. I'm down 1.6 lbs since last week!! :-)

    B: 1 veggie sausage link, 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese (3)
    S: sliced cucumber (0)
    L: salad with veggies, 3oz chicken, 0% fage yogurt, 1/2 C granola crisps (7)
    S: instant oatmeal, apple (3)
    D: 4oz lean steak, corn on the cob, steamed veggies (6)

    E: 30minutes on treadmill, abs, W2D2 100 pushup challenge

    Total: 19

  • Hey ladies! I get married tomorrow!!!!!! AHH!!! I'm running around like crazy trying to delegate to get everything done. I have no plan for food or exercise, but I'm just going to enjoy this time & try to make healthy choices.
