Diet/Exercise changes before wedding

Hi all!

With just under 3 weeks to go, I'm wondering what changes anyone made in the week or two leading up to their wedding.  I plan to cut WAY back on sodium and dairy in the last week or two.  I don't drink soda, so that's out already.  Anything else?  Any hidden evils I should avoid?

I have four trainer sessions in the next three weeks, focusing on arms and back.  I've heard some people start doing more yoga and pilates in the week or two before. Any other tips?  At this point, I'm pretty much at the weight I'm going to be for the wedding and I'm happy with that.  But I'd love any tips for that little extra push in the final days.
