Does anyone know anything that works for toning your upper back and back of the arms?

I'm a fan of swimming. If you have a membership to a gym with a pool, I'd try that. It's awesome because its like cario and strength training all in one.

definitely a fan of swimming. also, pushups/tricep dips work that area well.
