After 8 weeks of bootcamp, I have lost about 2% of bodyfat (now in the "fair" range), 3 pounds, 1 1/4" from my waist, 1 1/2" from my hips, and 1" off each thigh. Calves have not budged, and biceps are fluctuating up and down.
There are still days that I feel like none of that is true, but I have way more energy and have noticed a vast improvement in my ability to do a lot of things in class (pushups, cardio related things etc) as opposed to when I started out.
Gonna keep at it and hope I continue losing...
