Ok, I am an instant gratifaction person! Arent we all? I WANT to work out and have a hot body for my honeymoon, but we all know what happens to best laid plans. I need some serious motivation. By the time I get home from work, I have no energy to work out.
Do any of you find it easire to work out in the morning?
