Midnight cravings and a sweet tooth

I am having a hard time making healthier choices. Its only late at night after I have had a good workout and cooked a great healthy meal. My FI and I will be curled up on the sofa and I will be attacked by cookie and ice cream cravings!

What do you girls do to curb your sweet tooth, chip cravings and late night hunger?

Out of curiosity does anyone else find that its worse when you are PMSing?
