Frustrated Bride-to-be

I'm getting married this October and I bought my dress a year a go and it fit perfectly.  Well, I tried it on again in January and I had gained weight and it was a bit tight.  I started the South Beach diet and lost 10 pounds, but now I feel stuck and don't feel like I'm loosing enough weight.  I'm having a hard time figuring out how to eat.  I've cut out soda and most carbs, but I think the thing that frustrates me most is that I don't have time to really excercise.  I work and go to school full time and by the time I get home, which is around 5 at night, I have to do homework and am too exhausted to even think about working out.  Any one have any tips on how to beat this problem and motivate me to excercise?  I just feel stuck and want to not only look great for my wedding but feel better too!
